Box drive for windows 76/27/2023 ![]() Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permissions. You might not have permission to use this network resource. I too had the above issue as mentioned by Aphex, where my laptop could access my dns-323 no problem, but when I tried to browse folders in my DNS via my desktop, the progress bar would scroll green, then I would get message: "(drive name) I guess I'll have to try uninstalling the things I installed today and see if that helps. One thing that is weird is that when I have clicked on the device in certain conditions that I can see it, it tells me that my system does not have authorization to access it. ![]() I've re-booted many times, gone through all the Network troubleshooting, etc. I have had issues with Windows 7 losing them before but eventually it always found them but this time I'm stumped. I updated Windows (patch Tuesday), I updated iTunes and I updated Office Live add-in 1.4. Unfortunately I did three things today that could account for this. It's acting like there is just one driver for both, which there probably is, even though they both have their own ip address. ![]() They both show up in my Network and Sharing page as Storage devices but when I try to click on either of them, only the one that I got working opens. I tried everything to get them to be recognized and finally I got one to work by reinstalling the driver. Suddenly my system didn't see them anymore. Hi Flark, I have two DNS-323's and They were working fairly well with Windows 7 until today.
